Crove offers flexible plans to match your document automation needs. Manage your subscription, credits, and billing from Settings > Billing.

Subscribing to a plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves ~20%)
  5. Complete payment via Stripe

Free trial

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required. After the trial, you can:

  • Subscribe to a paid plan
  • Continue on the free Starter plan with limited features

Managing your subscription

Upgrading

Upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading

Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current features remain active until then.

Canceling

Cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal. Your workspace continues to work on the Starter plan after cancellation.

Credits

Credits are used for specific operations that consume resources:

Purchasing credits

  1. Go to Settings > Credits
  2. Select the credit type and quantity
  3. Complete payment

Credits are added to your workspace balance immediately and can be used by any team member.

Credit expiration

Credits expire based on your plan terms. Check your credit balance and expiration dates in Settings > Credits.

Coupons and discounts

Applying a coupon

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Redeem Coupon
  3. Enter the coupon code
  4. The discount is applied to your next billing cycle

Lifetime deal (LTD) codes

If you purchased a lifetime deal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Redeem LTD Code
  3. Enter your code
  4. Your plan is activated permanently with no recurring charges

Usage tracking

Monitor your workspace usage at Settings > Billing:

  • Documents created this month vs. plan limit
  • API calls used vs. quota
  • Active webhooks vs. limit
  • Team members vs. limit

When you approach a limit, Crove shows a warning. When a limit is exceeded, the restricted action is blocked until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.

Invoices

Access your billing history and invoices through the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Billing Portal
  3. View and download invoices
  4. Update payment method
  5. Manage billing address

FAQ

What happens if I exceed my document limit?

You won't be able to create new documents until the next billing cycle. Existing documents remain fully functional.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Contact support or use the billing portal to switch. Annual billing saves approximately 20%.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits roll over within their expiration period. Check Settings > Credits for expiration dates.
