Workspace Settings

Configure your Crove workspace — custom domain, email branding, fonts, notifications, and data export.

Workspace Settings

Customize your Crove workspace with branding, custom domains, email templates, and more.

General settings

Settings > General

  • Workspace name — Your organization's display name
  • Workspace logo — Upload a logo (shown in emails, fill pages, and documents)

Custom domain

Settings > Domain (Business plan and above)

Use your own domain for document fill pages and public links:

  1. Enter your domain (e.g., docs.yourcompany.com)
  2. Add the DNS records shown (CNAME or A record)
  3. Click Verify to confirm DNS propagation
  4. Once verified, all public links use your custom domain

DNS setup

Add a CNAME record pointing to Crove:

DNS propagation typically takes 15-60 minutes. Crove automatically provisions an SSL certificate for your domain.

Email branding

Settings > Email Template

Customize the emails Crove sends to your document recipients:

  • Company name — Shown in email header
  • Logo — Your logo in email headers
  • Reply-to address — Where recipients reply
  • Email footer — Custom text in email footer

This ensures document invitations look professional and match your brand.

Custom fonts

Settings > Fonts (Pro plan and above)

Upload custom fonts for use in your templates and PDF output:

  1. Go to Settings > Fonts
  2. Click Upload Font
  3. Upload a TTF, OTF, WOFF, or WOFF2 file
  4. The font appears in the template editor font picker
  5. PDFs render with your custom fonts

Notification preferences

Settings > Notifications

Control which email notifications you receive:

Each notification can be toggled on or off individually.

Default signatures

Settings > Signatures

Configure your default signature for quick signing:

  1. Draw, type, or upload your signature
  2. Save it as your default
  3. When you sign documents, your default signature is pre-loaded

Data export (GDPR)

Settings > Data Export

Export all your workspace data for compliance or backup:

  1. Click Request Data Export
  2. Crove generates a comprehensive export containing:
    • All templates and their configurations
    • All documents and response data
    • Team member list
    • Activity logs
    • Webhook configurations
  3. Download the export when ready (you'll receive an email)

Export history

Previous exports are listed with their:

  • Request date
  • Completion date
  • Download link (available for 30 days)
  • File size

Referral program

Settings > Referrals

Earn credits by referring other businesses to Crove:

  1. Copy your unique referral link
  2. Share it with other businesses
  3. When they sign up and subscribe, you both receive bonus credits
  4. Track your referrals and earnings on the Referrals page

Danger zone

Delete workspace

Permanently delete your workspace and all its data:

  1. Go to Settings > General
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click Delete Workspace
  4. Confirm by typing the workspace name
  5. All templates, documents, and data are permanently deleted

Deleting a workspace is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if needed.

Manage your Crove subscription, view plan details, purchase credits, and handle billing.
